Due to the nature of collectible and trading card items, we have the following return policy.


Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer preference or change of mind.

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect


Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos taken before and during opening for verification.


Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the item is verified,
a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


Important Notes
For graded cards (PSA, ARS, etc.), returns based on grading opinions or condition assessments are not accepted.
Delays or fees caused by customs, duties, or shipping carriers are not eligible for refunds.
