Shipping Information

All items are shipped from Japan. The following shipping policy applies to international orders.

Processing Time Orders are shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed. Additional time may be required for careful inspection and secure packaging. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and carrier conditions. International delivery may take several days to several weeks.

International Shipping & Customs We ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers may be asked by the carrier to provide information required for customs clearance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If a shipment is undeliverable, returned, or requires forwarding due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to reshipping fees, return shipping fees, address correction fees, and any customs-related charges. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

Refusal or Non-Payment of Customs Charges If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or import fees by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any customs-related charges.

Shipping Delays Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, international logistics, or carrier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
