These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal or Non-Payment of Customs Charges: If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or import fees by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. The buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any customs-related charges. A refund, if issued, will be subject to deduction of all such costs.

Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss or damage pass to the buyer once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier.
